Need to Know

Order cancellation deadline: 12am EST on day of approved order
Orders processed: approximately 4am EST the day after order approved

PDF proofs arrive in user’s inbox within less than a minute after selecting the Generate Preview button
The return mailing address will be the address displayed in the Company Setup tab
The company contact info on the mailer will be the contact info in the Company Setup tab by default or the contact info associated with the attached campaign
Mailer postage is a physical, first class stamp
Three sets of address fields are relevant to Direct Mail:
- Address (required)
- Customer Street, City, State, Zip (optional and only used if the lead’s mailing address differs from the target investment property)
- Property Street, City, State, Zip (required)
