Create Cadences Button Now Available for Interested Buyers and Transactions Objects.

Bulk Add Cadences Button and Bulk Stop Cadences Button. Now available on the Leads, Opportunities, Contacts, Interested Buyers and Transactions objects! Bulk add or stop cadences for up to 200 records at one time (some heavily customized orgs with numerous flows may be limited to 50-150 records at a time). SMS cadences for transactions correlate to the “Mobile Phone (via Person Account)” field.

Improvements to Cadences and the Cadences App Configuration.

Additional Improvements.

• smrtPhone # Format Fix: New tracking number field works in conjunction with Campaign and Lead Source fields on the Lead object, as well as the Cadences Number field in the Campaign object. For smrtPhone customers, this eliminates the need to ensure all phone numbers are formatted in a specific way.
• QuickBooks Online Integration: New Daily Auto-refresh feature eliminates the need to manually refresh vendor data.
• Left Main Support Tab: This tab now includes a direct link to LeftMainAcademy.com.

Bulk Add Cadences for Leads. With the package version 1.438 release, customers now have the ability to add cadences to leads in bulk.

General Improvements to Cadences.

• When cadence is stopped, “has cadence” checkbox is automatically unchecked
• If new cadence is added, “stop cadence” checkbox on PREVIOUS cadence is automatically checked
• When all scheduled cadences equal complete, “stop cadence” checkbox is automatically checked and “has cadence” checkbox is unchecked
• If last active cadence is deleted, all scheduled tasks, emails and sms are set to COMPLETED and “has cadence” checkbox is unchecked
• Multiple “send from” email addresses can be used with cadences

Transaction Object. Left_Main_Bathrooms_c field now has 2 decimal places

Dial Pad. Users can now choose to send sms by only one user ID (a user id is a number in dialpad) or by many users.

Lead Flow from Lead to Account, Opportunity & Transaction. Prior to this update, email addresses, phone numbers, and other details were not being accurately updated from leads to opportunities during conversion. This issue has been rectified, enabling all Left Main created fields to seamlessly transmit to Transactions upon creation. A post-install script has also been written to bring all emails and phone numbers to historical opportunities – if data exists in those fields on old opportunities, that data will remain and not overwritten.

Email Cadences on Opportunities. A software defect has been detected that resulted in some email cadence malfunctions. However, we are pleased to report that this issue has been resolved and rectified in the present update.

We have implemented a new feature that enables the automatic transfer of updated email information, obtained during conversations with homeowners via the opportunity page layout, to their corresponding accounts. This streamlined flow ensures that opportunity cadences are directed to the correct email address.

SMS Template Merge Fields. With the addition of our latest SMS template editor, equipped with a user-friendly dropdown merge field selector, we found a few of our subscribers had incorrect permission sets that did not allow them. We have swiftly addressed this matter with this update.
